What You Can Expect
Ladner’s Renovation Estimator will come to your home and perform a complete
overview of your property and the pool area. We will take measurements, examine closely for any cracks or structural damage to tiles, coping, deck. We will attempt
to determine whether your equipment can be preserved and more.

What is the Timing
This visit will take between 20 to 30 minutes. It is not imperative that you are
present at the time the Estimator is scheduled to arrive. You can expect to be scheduled within the week that you submit your request for an estimate. Depending
on the scope of the renovation Ladner’s can begin work within a week after you sign
a contract and you can expect to be in your newly renovated sparkling pool within  
3-5 weeks after renovation begins.
